Nest Mildura offers reformer Pilates sessions in Nichols Point that are specifically tailored to each individual, with a maximum of eight people per session.

Class Types
This class is the perfect place for beginners to start! We allow time to welcome you, get to know the reformer, a class pace where we can assist you throughout, no crazy moves, spring choices, options and layers to suit. Everyone is welcome to the beginner class.
This class is designed to suit whoever walks in the door - come as you are! Layers and modifications will be offered throughout the class. Suitable for beginners and those who are familiar with the reformer.

Not ready to commit to a class pack yet? Just swinging by? The drop-in reformer class is for you!

5 classes with one month to use them - You need to be attending every week or twice a week for this pass. Not ready to commit to a 10 or 15 class pass? Then this pass is for you!

The 10 class pack is flexible for those wanting to attend reformer 1-2 times per week. You have 3 months to use this pass, which allows time to miss one or two weeks if needed.

The 15 class pack is a no brainer! The cheapest and the most flexible for your reformer classes. Perfect for those who want to attend 1-2 classes per week, but allows time to miss a class here or there as well.

Tess – Founder & Instructor
My first introduction to Pilates was as a teenager at an after school class with a group of teachers (my mum was a teacher at my high school!) Getting back into Myotherapy after having my 2 girls, I knew how beneficial Pilates was for every single one of my clients. So I decided to create the perfect place for them to come and do the Pilates!
Outside of the studio you will find me: Being active with my family, planning holidays and trying to perfect my garden with the least amount of effort possible… hello weeds!!
Grace - Instructor
I had previously tried reformer elsewhere a few times but after doing it at Nest I was hooked and converted! Previously I was a gym manager and a personal trainer running my own business in Geelong for several years before packing up my whole life and travelling Australia indefinitely, that eventually landed us in Mildura and looking for a new career path that was in alignment with my next chapter of life. The gym scene wasn't for me anymore but I knew I wanted to continue to be able to help people feel amazing and get moving and as soon as I started working with Tess and given the opportunity to train as instructor at Nest I knew this was the next step for me!
Outside of the studio you will find me: Living farm life, riding horses, motorbikes, driving tractors etc. Booking a new holiday every week, running & walking with my best mate Morris (the cattle dog)! And hanging out with my legend of a husband 💜
Tina - Instructor
From the moment I started Pilates I could see how beneficial it was to our bodies and became addicted.
Lockdown coincided with my baby starting school so it was the perfect opportunity for me to take the leap and study to become a Pilates instructor myself. From thereon I wanted to show as many people as I could how they can also learn to look after their bodies the Pilates way.
If I am not teaching Pilates I am following my 3 sport addicted children around. Whether that being their taxi, coach or sideline support.
